Teddy Sykes

Teddy Sykes is a contemporary portrait artist whose works have been exhibited at events and galleries across the southeast US. His visual style often includes hallucinatory imagery which ranges between dark realism and surreal fantasy. Inspired primarily by mysticism and metaphysics, Teddy projects visions of a dream state onto reality in hopes to inspire viewers to look at life beyond the surface.

I mostly paint in black and grey with heavy emphasis on surreal and horror themed subject matters. My paintings rarely have any underlying meanings or attempt to convey any sort of message.
